How can I learn to not be so picky when it comes to girls?

I'm 16 and never had a girlfriend or have done anything with a girl, period. I don't really know if I'm good looking-- some girls said yes but some said no (then again, most of the ones that said no were the ones that I was a total dick to in the past... I'm alot more mature now). I mean, my family says I'm good looking all the time but they don't count LOL.





Anyway my friends say I can't get a girl because I'm too picky. How can I learn not to be so picky?

Simple don't ask too much tell yourself that. most important is the girl is good to you. Your are picky cos of the looks. What will the girls look like if they are pretty now think about 20years ltr. around the same right. Char is still most important not looks you are still young you will know in the furture remember what i type now.
