Why are men constantly wanting to please their girl friends?

Every guy I've gone out with has been like this. Always doing something or going out of their way to please me in some sort of way. I hate that. Are they afraid that I'm not going to like them if there happens to be a disagreement?





It's like I say ';jump'; and they say ';how high?';





I just don't get it.Why are men constantly wanting to please their girl friends?
Cause if we don't you b*tch to all your friends about how we'renever there for you or how we never try to please you.

Lord Bless you woman. lol. I would kill to be in your shoes. I would love to have someone to do that stuff for me. The only guys that usually want to go out with me are usually for the wrong reasons...Ex. sex, attention, to get another notch in the belt. But you must be worth something if they want to go out of their way to please you. I've never had anyone do that to me of my whole life. It's just...wow. But maybe prince charming is out there for both of us. I know you want someone more toned down. So to answer your question. They want to please you because either





A. They are in high school and they want to impress their friends.


B. They think that you're better than them and they have to do better to amount to anything you do.


C. They just really over do it trying to be the best.





But to solve this question..





Next time you come across someone such as this, tell them ';Hey, look, I think you're a great guy and you're doing an awesome job at making me happy, but just tone it down some. You don't have to make me happy when I'm already happy. If we argue, Confuscious say: One who get mad get mad...and one who happy is happy.';. Love conquers all if it's in the heart and if they really want to make you happy, just be themselves. There ya go, just tell them to be themselves and they don't have to impress you to be perfect. Perfection is so over-rated. lol.
Geez,I apologize for males around the world for attempting to be considerate and show care.You know,I could have sworn in a relationship,both should meet each other half way. But according to your logic,men should only seek pleasures for themselves.

...i think you're really stupid so i will explain that i was being sarcastic and it has nothing to do with that, hes just nuts about you. he obviously chose the wrong girl though.
